Road Trip to Ely: are we there yet?

Road Trip to Ely: are we there yet?

Even before we left to Ely, everyone said it was a beautiful place. Was Ely that beautify, we had two days to find out. The much anticipated journey started Sunday morning, we drove through some iron ore mining towns, I realized it was no joke, this town is really surrounded in lakes.

You have never been in America)))

You have never been in America)))

Friday evening, an art gallery, a lot of people, Sauvignon Blanc, handsome man and real artist is host a party, painting and graphics around, smart casual, noisy, very noisy, guests are coming and going, mixing and moving around. Close-up: a director grabs a main character... I took a couple of steps back once again to accurately record my feelings: I was in a scene from the American TV series. This is the typical scene “Friday night reception”. And apparently all the guests came from Aaron Sorkin. I think - what comes first?

Oh, and I met Nora Jones.

Seeing your own country as a foreigner
